Avocado Salsa

This summertime salsa contains ripe avocados, tomatoes, lemon juice, onions, and jalapeno peppers.

Avocado Salsa
Yield: 3 cups Prep 10 mins


  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pits removed
  • 1 medium tomato, seeds squeezed out, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Make It

1. In a medium-size bowl, gently mix the avocados, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic salt. Serve as a topping for grilled burgers or hot dogs. Can be refrigerated a few hours with plastic wrap placed directly on surface of salsa.
