- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Make It Make It:
1. In a small saucepan stir together 1 cup of the water and the sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool.
2. In a blender combine the remaining 2 cups water and the strawberries; blend until nearly smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids. In a pitcher combine the strained strawberry mixture, cooled syrup, and the lemon juice. Serve over ice.
