- 1 slice black rye bread (such as Rubschlager)
- 1 thinly sliced radish
- 1 tablespoon sprouts
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1. Spread creme fraiche on bread. Layer on radishes and scatter sprouts over tartine. Season with salt and pepper. Cut in half.
