  • 1 1/4 cups quinoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil

Make It

1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium lidded saucepan. Add quinoa, salt and oil. Cover and reduce heat to mediumlow. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until water is absorbed.

2. Store cooked quinoa in a resealable container for Black Bean and Quinoa Burritos. Refrigerate until needed.
