  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

Make It

1. Sift flours, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl.

3. Roll dough out with rolling pin on floured surface to 1-inch thickness. Cut out with small biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.

4. Bake in a 400 degree oven 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 8 biscuits.
