  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour, soy flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices in large bowl. Add oil and applesauce. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and egg whites. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
