Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup soy oil
- 2 cups applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup raisins
Make It
1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour, soy flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices in large bowl. Add oil and applesauce. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and egg whites. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
2. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
