Quick Side Red Cabbage and Apples

Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1 1 diced apple
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Make It

1. Cook 8 cups shredded red cabbage, 1/2 thinly sliced green pepper and 1 diced apple in 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss with 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper.
