Cook pasta in large pot boiling salted water 6 minutes, until firm but tender. Add broccoli slaw. Return to boiling; boil 2 minutes. Drain.
Stir-fry pork in oil in large nonstick skillet until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Push meat to one side. Add onion and garlic; cook 1 minute.
Stir 2 tablespoons chicken broth and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining broth, tamari sauce and pepper flakes; cook, stirring, over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, 2 minutes.
Add pasta-broccoli mixture to pork mixture in skillet; toss to mix. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
