Combine cider, honey, oil, sage, garlic, pepper and salt in plastic food-storage bag. Add chops; push out air; seal. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.
Prepare grill with hot coals. Position grill rack 4 inches above coals. Remove chops from bag; discard marinade. Place chops on rack.
Grill 12 minutes or until cooked through, turning over once. Makes 4 servings.
