8 ounces butternut squash, pared, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
4 ounces diced ham
1 10 ounce box frozen green peas, thawed
1. Cook together the wheat pilaf mix according to package directions and butternut squash. When squash is tender and pilaf is cooked (about 15 minutes), stir in diced ham and thawed green peas. Makes 6 servings.
