Potato Chip Nachos

Potato chips replace the standard tortilla chips in this quick and easy appetizer recipe.

  • 1 bag (5 ounces) Yukon Gold potato chips or other thick-sliced potato chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
  • 6 strips ready-to-serve precooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup prepared chipotle salsa

Make It

1. Spread chips evenly over the bottom of a large microwave-safe dish, about 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Scatter cheese and bacon evenly over top.

2. Microwave on 100 percent power for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

3. Spoon salsa evenly over top. Serve immediately. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
