For this 20-minute recipe, pork chops are quickly sauteed in a skillet and served with a topping of fresh pear, blue cheese, and walnuts.
In medium-size bowl, combine pear, pecans, cheese, pear nectar, sugar and ginger. Set aside.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger; cook about 1 minute or until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and discard.
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. In same skillet, cook chops 3 minutes or until browned; turn over and brown other side about 3 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted in centers registers 160 degrees F. Reduce heat to low; transfer chops to serving platter.
Add pear nectar to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Simmer 3 minutes or until thickened. Pour over chops. Top with salsa. If desired, serve with noodles.
