This quick and easy classic pork dinner can be served with brown rice instead of the traditional white.
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
2. Stir in pork, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer on medium low, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
3. Serve with cooked rice.
