This quick and easy classic pork dinner can be served with brown rice instead of the traditional white.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
Stir in pork, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer on medium low, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Serve with cooked rice.
