  • Combine 2 tablespoons maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and pepper. Spread over pork chops. Press 1/2 cup chopped walnuts on both sides of chops. Bake in baking pan at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
