1. Coat shallow 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange half the bread in single layer in dish, cutting to fit. Cover with half the parsley, scallion, ham and cheese. Repeat layers.
2. Combine eggs, milk, mustard, black pepper and pepper sauce in bowl. Pour over casserole. Cover; let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degrees F oven 45 minutes or until puffed and browned.
