Ingredients

  • 12 asparagus stalks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto

Make It

1. Peel bottom half of asparagus stalks.

2. On a heavy baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F until tender, about 15 minutes. Let cool.

3. Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise, then spiral one around each stalk.
