- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
1. Boil potatoes; drain, cut in half. Combine with bacon, salad dressing and sugar. Sprinkle with parsley. Toss; refrigerate a few hours to let flavors blend.
