1. Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add sausage and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until well browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cumin; cook 2 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce, water, and chickpeas. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain pasta and transfer to large bowl. Toss with sausage mixture. Garnish with parsley.
