1. Preheat broiler. Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil.
2. Rinse, dry and cut pork tenderloin crosswise into 8 to 10 pieces. Rub all over with cumin and red pepper.
3. Place pork on broiler pan. Broil 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until cooked but still little pink at center.
