  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.

  • Stir cranberry sauce and orange juice into skillet. Heat just to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve pork with whole grains and fruit sauce.
