Arrange biscuits from one refrigerated tube in 9-inch round pan. Slightly flatten each biscuit. Mix fresh chives, dill and rosemary; sprinkle over biscuits.
Place biscuits from second tube on top of each biscuit in pan. Bake in 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes. Scramble eggs. Sandwich in each biscuit warmed Canadian bacon and egg.
