Blue Cheese and Bacon Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 24 ounce containers fully prepared mashed potatoes (such as Country Crock)
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup real crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Unsalted butter (optional)

Make It

1. Heat mashed potatoes, uncovered, in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Transfer to a medium-size microwave-safe bowl.

2. Add blue cheese, garlic, bacon and Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Heat in microwave on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in butter, if using, before serving.
