This secret to this pizza recipe is the combination of three cheeses, mossarella, Asiago and ricotta.
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees . Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in clams and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spoon clams over top. Scatter mozzarella and Asiago cheese evenly over the clams. Dollop heaping teaspoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top.
3. Bake pizza at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly; sprinkle with parsley and cut into 6 slices. Serve immediately.
