This secret to this pizza recipe is the combination of three cheeses, mossarella, Asiago and ricotta.
Heat oven to 400°. Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in clams and cook for 2 minutes.
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spoon clams over top. Scatter mozzarella and Asiago cheese evenly over the clams. Dollop heaping teaspoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top.
Bake pizza at 400° for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly; sprinkle with parsley and cut into 6 slices. Serve immediately.
