For sauce, in a medium saucepan cook and stir garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 15 seconds. Add curry powder and cook 15 seconds more. Stir in pumpkin, applesauce, salt, and pepper and heat through.
Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each partially baked mini pizza crust. Top with apple slices. Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is browned. Brush with apple jelly and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Cover and chill remaining sauce up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
