Here's a basic pizza for picky eaters. It's topped with cheese, tomato, and just a little seasoning.
For sauce, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic clove, Italian seasoning and black pepper in a blender or food processor. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
Spread the sauce, tomato slices and cheese on crusts; bake for 8 minutes at 425°F.
