Sauté 1 sliced portobello mushroom in 1 tbsp olive oil until tender. Spread 1/2 cup jarred pizza sauce on 2 whole wheat naan breads or 1 fully cooked pizza crust. Top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, the mushroom, 2 sliced scallions and 1 cup cherry tomatoes. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
