  • In a heat-safe bowl, melt chocolate or candy melts according to the package directions. Transfer it to a squeeze bottle or ziplock bag (snip off a corner of the bag). Pipe letters or other decorative shapes onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. (If you'd like, you can draw your designs on paper, then slide the drawings under the waxed paper and trace them.) Place the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the candy. When set, peel the designs from the paper and press them in place on frosted cupcakes.
