Pillsbury Cinnamon Hedgehogs

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • 10 currants

Make It

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Open the package and separate the five rolls. Pinch off 1 teaspoon of dough to reserve for the head. Take the roll in the palm of your hand and roll it against the countertop in a rapid circular motion until a ball is formed. Using scissors, snip little V's all along the back 3/4 portion of the hedgehog. Roll the head between your palms to create a little ball. Attach that to the body. Place 2 currants on the head and press in lightly, to make the eyes. Transfer carefully to baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining rolls.

3. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with icing.
