Easy Creamy Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 boxes (10 ounces each) soft silken tofu
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker piecrust

Make It

1. Heat chocolate chips in a double-boiler until melted. Or microwave at full power for about 90 seconds. Stir in honey.

2. Process tofu in food processor until smooth. Add chocolate mixture. Blend until creamy. Pour into piecrust. Chill overnight.
