Heat oven to 350°F.
Unfold piecrust; fit into 9-inch pie pan. Scatter butterscotch chips and pecan pieces in pie shell.
Beat together butter, sugar, corn syrup and eggs in medium-size bowl. Pour over nuts and butterscotch chips.
Bake in 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. If pie browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes. Cool pie completely on wire rack.
