Pepperoni Grilled Cheese


  • 12 slice white or wheat sandwich bread
  • 8 slice American cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 5 ounce package Hormel® Pepperoni Minis

Make It

1. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

2. Meanwhile, top each of 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese. Top each with another slice each bread and cheese and remaining slice bread. Butter top and bottom of each sandwich.

3. On griddle, cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles.
