  • Place the apple slices in the multicooker. Pour in the water. Lock the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. When cooking is complete, press "Cancel" and carefully quick-release the pressure.

  • Remove the lid and cool slightly. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Stir in the butter, cardamom, and cinnamon.
