Make It

1. Whisk together 1/4 cup peanut butter, 3 Tbs. warm water, 1 Tbs. reduced-sodium soy sauce, and 1 Tbs. rice vinegar. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Toss with 2 cups cooked pasta and 1/2 cup shredded carrot. Pack half for school; refrigerate leftovers for up to three days.
