  • Spread 1 teaspoon butter on one side of each bread slice.

  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and place one slice of bread in pan, butter side down. Cook for 1 minute over medium high heat.

  • Place the cheese on top of the bread in the pan, and cook for 1 additional minute, until cheese looks melted.

  • Spread unbuttered side of remaining slice of bread with the peanut butter, and top with the jam. Place jam side down on the cheese covered bread. Flip sandwich and cook for another minute.

  • Remove from pan and let sit for 1 minute. Slice in half and serve.
