I halved the recipe and used a 9-oz package of fresh cheese tortellini. Other than that, the only change I made was to use less bread crumbs since they were really starting to pile up on top. The recipe was easy to make, and I already had most of the ingredients on hand. Unfortunately, the result was really bland; even my 7-year-old, who doesn’t care for strong flavors, said, “This has no flavor” and wouldn’t eat it (despite liking tortellini prepared other ways). Maybe adding some veggies or more Worcestershire sauce would improve the dish, but I probably won’t make this again.
