Sun-Dried Tomato & Shrimp Penne

Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne
  • 1 jar (26 ounces) sun-dried tomato sauce
  • 1 box (10 ounces) frozen peas
  • 1 1/4 pound large cleaned shrimp (about 1-1/2 pounds uncleaned)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Make It

1. Cook penne following package directions.

2. Meanwhile, heat sauce and peas in a large saucepan until boiling. Add shrimp and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp is cooked through. Stir in heavy cream.

3. To serve, drain penne and toss with tomato-shrimp sauce. Makes 6 servings.
