Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
Arrange fish in broiler pan coated with half the olive oil. Brush fish with remaining oil and sprinkle fillets with salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to the package directions. Heat sauce in a covered pan over medium heat until bubbly. Drain pasta and divide into individual bowls. Break fish into chunks and arrange over pasta. Ladle sauce over the mixture.
