Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Season steaks with salt and pepper; cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove. Add diced tomatoes, the 1 teaspoon salt, the 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and the Italian green beans to skillet. Cook 2 minutes. Slice steak; add to skillet with sour cream. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
