Ingredients

Croutons
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 1 (1 pound 2 ounce) loaf white bread
Pesto Coleslaw
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1 pound package coleslaw mix

Make It

Croutons:

1. Combine softened butter and pesto in small bowl. Cut bread into 12 slices. Spread with butter mixture. Grill or broil, butter-side up, until golden, 3 to 4 minutes.

Pesto Coleslaw:

2. Combine sour cream, white-wine vinegar, pesto, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add coleslaw mix; toss.
