One-Dish Pasta Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried ziti
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 ounces cooked skinless chicken breast OR: canned water-packed tuna, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Make It

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

2. In a nonstick skillet, saute broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

3. In a large serving bowl, combine chicken breast or tuna with cooked pasta, cooked broccoli, tomatoes, yogurt, basil, salt, and pepper. Makes 1 serving.
