Stir together uncooked penne, 3 cups sauce, peas, ham, mozzarella and chicken broth in large bowl.
Turn out into 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Spoon remaining 1 cup sauce evenly over top. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
When ready to cook, heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap from dish; stir penne mixture. Cover with foil.
Bake, covered, in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle Parmesan over top. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until penne is tender and top is golden-brown.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 10 servings.
