Mac & Cheese
Yield: 1 pound Bake 350°F 30 mins to 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Make It

1. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water until firm but tender; drain. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar on bottom of greased 3-quart casserole dish. Combine 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar with cooked elbows, milk, salt and pepper and sour cream. Pour into prepared dish. Top with 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar. Bake in 350 degree F oven 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
