Garlicky Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced marinated sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 12 ounce jar alfredo sauce
  • 12 ounces fettuccine, cooked
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen peas, cooked
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Make It

1. Saute garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil in saucepan for 6 minutes. Stir in alfredo sauce. Bring to a simmer. Stir in pasta along with peas. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
