Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin orange segments
  • 1/3 cup syrup, reserved from mandarin oranges
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 cup diced sweet red pepper
  • 1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 pound farfelle or bow-tie pasta
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

Make It

1. Drain mandarin orange segments, reserving 1/3 cup syrup. Combine in large bowl orange segments, red onion, cut into half moon slices (about 1/2 cup), diced sweet red pepper, baby spinach, Italian dressing and farfalle or bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained. Sprinkle almonds over top.
