Creamy Surimi Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces bow-tie pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3/4 pound surimi, pulled apart

Make It

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Cook garlic and green onions in oil in nonstick skillet, 5 minutes. Add heavy cream. Mix flour with milk in small bowl. Stir into skillet; cook until thickened, 2 minutes.

3. Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and parsley. Add surimi. Toss with pasta and serve.
