Creamy Spring Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 15 ounce can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced imitation crabmeat

Make It

1. Bring 6 quarts water to boiling. Add pasta; cook 10 minutes. During the last 4 minutes, add frozen peas.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet over high heat. Add stewed tomatoes, breaking up with spoon. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Add crabmeat.

3. Drain pasta and peas; toss with sauce and serve.
