1. Bring 6 quarts water to boiling. Add pasta; cook 10 minutes. During the last 4 minutes, add frozen peas.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet over high heat. Add stewed tomatoes, breaking up with spoon. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Add crabmeat.
3. Drain pasta and peas; toss with sauce and serve.
