Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce jar marinated artichokes, reserving marinade
  • 1 ripe beefsteak tomato, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 9 ounce package refrigerated cheese-stuffed ravioli
  • 4 ounces cubed smoked mozzarella or gouda

Make It

1. Chop artichokes; combine with tomato, salt and pepper. Stir in reserved artichoke marinade. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; toss with artichoke mixture and cheese.
