1. Combine 3 cups mango nectar or juice; 1 apricot-mango yogurt (such as Voskos); 1 mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks (1 1/2 cups); 1/2 small papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks (2 cups); 2 tablespoons lime juice; and 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (if desired) in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Add 2 cups ice and 2 tablespoons honey and blend until smooth and a little frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
