  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Powdered sugar or syrup

Make It

1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, quick oats, milk, and egg. Heat skillet over medium heat. Pour batter into pan to form a 4-inch pancake. Cook 2 minutes or until top bubbles. Flip over and cook 1 minute longer. Using a 4-inch shamrock metal cookie cutter, cut out shapes. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
