1. Heat nonstick waffle iron.
2. Combine flour, cornmeal, soy flour, soy protein isolate, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until frothy. Mix in soy milk. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients; stir.
3. Coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto iron for each waffle. Bake for 5 minutes.
